1. SoftCorner.com is a business and public access personal profile hosting web site and community for people around the world. This web sites offers many services to general public and to registered users, including, shopping malls, mobile phone services, Clasified ads, News, and much more.
2. SoftCorner provides specialized other services to its registered users (here in also refered to as “members”). In particular, it allows its members to create and post blogs, comments, pictures, videos, connection to other users and other services. SoftCorner.com is a friendly community that promotes integrity, empowerment, and responsibility among its members and does not tolerate any type of hateful, aggressive, violent, hostile, or otherwise irritating behavior between its members. SoftCorner.com promotes a family-safe environment, and have the right to remove any content considered inappropriate for family view. SoftCorner.com does not claim ownership of any content accessible on this website or on its server(s). 
3. It is the responsibility of the user and member to abide by this agreement and site guidelines. Any content uploaded or messages with inappropriate language sent by users and deemed unsuitable for this community space by SoftCorner.com may be removed, and members found to have conducted such acts will be restricted from accessing the website and/or have their accounts blocked. SoftCorner also have the right to take legal actions against violators of this user agreement when necessary. If you are unsure about the compliance of your content with this user agreement, you may contact the site administrator for assistance and approval prior to uploading.
4. To its shoopers, SoftCorner.com uses various third party payment systems; each user is responsible to review and abide by the rules of each system respectively. Any receipt of charges in exchange of purchases from these third party systems shall be issued by that third party which may not mention SoftCorner name as the seller. 
5. SoftCorner.com provides a full featured free membership (Standard) to the community and is constantly adding features to the site that continue to add value to the users of the site. Furthermore, members who wish to enhance their online profile may choose to upgrade their account (SILVER or Gold upoon availability) at low prices to cover the server expenses and support the website.

7. The Service and the Sites may include bulletin boards and chat rooms which allow you and other users to post information, provide feedback about SoftCorner.com and its affiliates, and interact in real-time. You agree not to post or transmit any non-factual, unlawful, fake, fraudulent, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, profane, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable material of any kind, including, but not limited to, any material which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, violate the rights of others, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national or international law. Although SoftCorner.com and its affiliates may from time to time monitor or review discussions, chats, postings, transmissions and bulletin boards on the Site, neither SoftCorner.com nor its affiliates is under any obligation to do so. SoftCorner.com reserves the right to change or modify profile information, message board postings or any other content on the website as needed and without notice. You acknowledge that SoftCorner.com and its affiliates do not control the information available on the bulletin boards and chat rooms and that any opinions, advice, statements, services, offers or other information or content presented or disseminated on any bulletin board or in any chat room are those of their respective authors who are solely liable for their content. SoftCorner.com and its affiliates reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to edit, refuse to post, or remove any material, links, email addresses, images, and content submitted to, or posted on the chat rooms, bulletin boards, or profiles. SoftCorner.com and its affiliates reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to deny access to the website features provided for general community use. SoftCorner.com has guidelines regarding posting of appropriate images, email addresses, content, and links. You agree to read and adhere to the guidelines as posted throughout the site.

YOU HEREBY WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AGAINST SoftCorner.com, AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, DIVISIONS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES AND LICENSORS ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE AND THE SITES AND THE INFORMATION AVAILABLE THEREON.  
9. Any communication or material you post or transmit to the Service and/or the Sites is, and will be treated as, non-confidential and non-proprietary. You assume full responsibility for anything you post or transmit, and you grant SoftCorner.com and its affiliates the right to edit, copy, publish and distribute any information or content you post or transmit for any purpose.
10. SoftCorner.com and its affiliates do not review or monitor any web sites linked to the Service or from personal profiles on this site. When clicking links to personal pages from SoftCorner.com all users of the system acknowledge that SoftCorner.com is not responsible for the accuracy or content of those links. You agree to not post URL's and other web links in any form, into your personal home page section, or the main profile page as links or text, that lead to ADULT SITES or PAY SITES. SoftCorner.com reserves the right to remove from it's sites any references or profiles containing Adult Sites, or Pay Sites without notice. Additionally certain links to sites, as determined from time to time by SoftCorner.com, or the use of links and web addresses, or the use of html formatting and scripting in certain profile types as determined by SoftCorner.com, may not be permitted within the profile or as an acceptable use of the personal home page link or as profile content. SoftCorner.com is under no obligation to provide exposure to competing sites through links or other methods in profile and may remove those at it's discretion, and without notice. The SoftCorner.com referral system is intended for work related offers and general inquires related to or leading to work or further discovery. Promotion of services and goods is not an appropriate use of the referral system. SoftCorner.com permits one main member profile per person. 
11. The Promotion and Recruitment of Escorts, Escort Services, Personal Companions, (etc.) are contrary to the purposes of SoftCorner.com, and will not be tolerated in any fashion. Soliciting for, recruiting, or offering the services of escorts on this site is strictly prohibited. Profiles that are used for the solicitation or promotion of escort services in ANY way should immediately be reported to us and they will be immediately disabled. This includes (but is not limited to): Use of the referral system, hyperlinks to external sites promoting escorts, URLs (web addresses) promoting escorts and any other activity that the staff of SoftCorner.com deems as solicitations, promotions, or offers.  
12. SoftCorner.com has a stated policy regarding the posting of sexual related images to its web pages. Both sexually implicit and explicit images are not permitted on this site. Pictures, videos, graphics, and images not meeting this criteria should be reported to us and shall be removed immediately. Failure to adhere to this restriction will result in the forced modification of your profile and in gross violations may result in the removal of your profile and/or banning your IP.  
13. SoftCorner.com does not support bandwidth theft, the linking of images from SoftCorner.com to other sites, or the misuse of links from other sites to SoftCorner.com. Anyone found linking images from SoftCorner.com to other sites, copying content from SoftCorner.com, or inappropriately linking to SoftCorner.com (to increase their views - through use of hidden frames, or using programs to artificially raise page views etc.) will result in permanent REMOVAL from SoftCorner without notification and may necessitate the notification of the appropriate authorities.
14. Using this website to spread any type of text, audio, video or any other form of media that preaches or glorifies killing, hate, violence or criminal activity is stricly prohibited. All attempts to use this website for political propaganda will not be tolerated.
15. As a member of SoftCorner.com - you might receive regular email updates and will be contacted by other system members seeking to work with you, and you will receive occasional emails from the SoftCorner.com. As new features or member programs and promotions are developed and launched you will be informed via the postings to the site and also by email. We endeavor to limit email contact as much as possible from the system administrators.
16. This User Agreement and any disputes arising out of or related to the Service and the Sites shall be governed by, and construed and enforced in accordance with, the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA. By your usage of, or your posting to, this site constitutes your agreement to, but not limited to, the current conditions listed in this agreement. 
17. SoftCorner.com is not intended for users under the age of 14. If you are 14 years or younger do not submit a profile or any personal information yourself. Instead, you may ask a parent or a legal guardian to do so on your behalf. If you are a parent, or a legal guardian of a person 14 years or younger, please ensure that you enter and approve all information, and that your own email address and contact information is used at all times.

SoftCorner.com reserves the right to modify or delete any member's profile, any of these rules and any other part of this website/database as deemed necessary by our staff members and without notice. Profiles/Accounts should meet SoftCorner.com standards and any profile/account deemed otherwise will be disabled and/or deleted immediately and without notice.  
19. Members cannot post their email/instant messenger address publicly on this website. SoftCorner.com is NOT a dating/matrimonial service and any such activities will not be tolerated. Any person using SoftCorner.com against this policy or for the sole purpose of communicating with members for this motive may be permanently blocked from using this web site.
20. SoftCorner.com is NOT intended to provide its members with means to further their friendships outside the pages of this website. Our website is and will remain a friendly and clean environment for all members to make friendships online within the pages of SoftCorner. Furthermore, SoftCorner.com does not condone, recommend or approve friendships made on this website to grow into personal meetings, instant messaging, phone calls, or any other type of communications outside the pages of this website. If this policy is ignored, SoftCorner.com or any of it's representatives cannot be held responsible for any harms or losses caused. Members found to be violating these policies could be permanently blocked from accessing this website.
21. Violation of these Terms and Conditions may cause your membership to be terminated without a refund (if paid for) and, in severe cases, may result into legal actions by SoftCorner.com. By creating an account or viewing this website you acknowledge and agree to abide by the rules stated in this agreement.
